    Shipping Terms

    FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $40 CAD or more before taxes, shipping and handling. FREE SHIPPING is only valid for customers in Canada and the U.S. (Sorry international shoppers. It's not you, it's us). 

    All orders require 72 hours processing time and can be expected to be shipped out within 3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on select holidays or weekends are processed on the next business day. Orders with out of stock product(s), may take an additional 10 business days to process and ship.

    Orders less than $40 are subject to location-based shipping rates, to be determined at the check-out phase of order.

    Customer Pick-up is only an option for customers within the GTA. Customer Pick-up is to be arranged with customer service via the pickup option link at the end of the checkout. Pick-up location is set at the First Canadian Place (FCP) in front of the Rexall on the lower level, unless otherwise indicated by customer service for a more convenient location to be arranged.

    Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges based on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
    Pick-up may be declined at the discretion of customer service for any reason. If the pick-up time or date needs to be changed you will be notified via email in advance.

    Where do we ship to?

    Currently we only ship within Canada and to the United States.

    For everywhere else in the world, unfortunately shipping is too costly so we're unable to ship outside of North America. However if you're in Europe or the UK, please visit one of our partners: The Beauty and The Hair at http://tbth.ch/curlshoppe/


    Which shipping carrier do we use?

    Our preferred carrier is Canada Post to ship our items. For our U.S. shoppers, you will receive your package via USPS once it crosses the border. This unfortunately means you may incur duty fees that we are unable to predict or handle the costs of.


    How long will your package take?

    Canada

    When shipping within Canada, we use Expedited Parcel to ensure cost efficiency and fast delivery! Depending on which province you are in Canada, the shipping time may vary.

    Please see below to see how long your package may take once we drop your package off to Canada Post:

    • Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba = 1 Business Day*
    • Saskatoon = 3 Business Days*
    • BC, Alberta, New Brunswick = 4 Business Days*
    • Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, PEI = 4 Business Days*
    • Northwest Territories, Nunavut 6 Business Days*
    • Yukon7 Business Days*
    *Please note the shipping time frame listed above is only a guideline and not an exact shipping time

    Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from us the day we send out your package, with your tracking number. 

    United States

    When shipping within the U.S., we use the most affordable shipping option to ensure the best cost savings and security for our customers. Below is the shipping option you would select at the checkout (applicable to all States):

    • Tracked Packet - USA = 4-7 Business Days* 
    • Expedited Parcel = 4-5 Business Days* 
    *please allow extra time for border crossing

    Both options include a tracking number (we've removed the non-tracking shipping option due to customers and ourselves unable to verify the shipping of the order, and that's no good).
