Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the order date (not including weekends and Canadian holidays). Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number.

At this time we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to deliver to your address, your order will be cancelled and your original form of payment will be refunded in 2-5 business days.

Local Pick-up

We offer local pick-up for online orders at our warehouse located at 380 Alliance Ave in Toronto, Ontario. Local pickup is available daily from 7am-6pm. If you prefer picking up your order, please be sure to select "Local pickup" at check out. Once your order is ready for pick-up you will be sent an email with further instructions.

Please note our warehouse is not open to the public for in-person shopping. Please place your order online first before stopping by.

$10 CAD or FREE after $45+

USA $15 CAD or FREE after $65+
United Kingdom / Germany / Netherlands

$20 CAD for orders that weigh 4lbs or less

$65 CAD for orders that weigh 4-6lbs

$75 CAD for orders that weigh 6-9lbs

Your order weight is automatically calculated in your cart based on the items you've selected.

We use a variety of shipping couriers depending on your location.

How long will my package take?

All online orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once the package has shipped, you can expect the below delivery times.

Please note that these times are estimates and we are unable to control unexpected shipping delays once your package is with the courier. Please track your package directly with the courier and the tracking number provided.

 Canada

Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba: 1-4 business days

All other Provinces and Territories: 4-8 business days

USA 2-8 business days
International 8-14 business days

Does CurlShoppe cover international duties and taxes?

At this time we are unable to cover any duties or taxes for orders shipped outside of Canada. If an amount is due, it will be communicated to you via the courier at time of delivery. Duties and taxes due are the sole responsibility of the receiver of the shipment and are non-refundable by CurlShoppe.


How do I check the status of my order?

You can expect an order confirmation email once your order is successfully processed online. Once your order has been packed to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you have a CurlShoppe account, you can also check your order status online via your account page.

I put the wrong address. What do I do?

We know mistakes can happen and are happy to help! Please reach out to us immediately so that we may do our best to update your order. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email or email us at support@curlshoppe.ca with your order number in the subject line and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Once your order has shipped we may be able to change your address for an additional fee, but that is on a case by case basis. This address change fee will be sent to you as an order adjustment fee directly from the CurlShoppe support team. Occasionally, you may be able to pay this fee directly with the shipping carrier.


My package is delayed. What should I do?

If your package is delayed, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier first as they may require specific delivery instructions from you. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which may result in an additional charge.

CurlShoppe is not responsible for paying any additional charges caused by an address change. This address change fee will be sent to you as an order adjustment fee directly from the CurlShoppe support team. Occasionally, you may be able to pay this fee directly with the shipping carrier. To avoid paying additional charges, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.


Lost or missing package?

Please contact us at support@curlshoppe.ca with your order number in the subject line and we'll file a claim on your behalf. This process may take 5-10 business days as the carrier investigates.


Package Returned to Sender?

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) minus any return fees*.

Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 3-5 business day return processing time. You may be contacted to see if you would like your order re-shipped for an additional shipping fee. If a response is not received within our processing window then the return will be processed and you may place a new order.

*Return fees vary per package and are non-negotiable. You are being charged for the cost of the package being sent back to us.
