Butter Styler Trial Set

This set features a trial size (4oz) of each of our styling products from the Butter'd Up collection including a leave-in conditioner and two types of curl defining gels. Perfect for Wash 'N Gos, this trial set will give you the opportunity to test without the commitment of buying a full sized product to see what work best for your curls!

Butter Milk Leave-In Conditioner: The perfect styling base for all hairstyles as it's loaded with moisture and easily absorbed. Curls, coils and kinks of all types can benefit from this formula. If you have low porosity hair and struggle with moisture absorption, this medium weight milk will be great for your curls!

Butter Jelly (Medium Hold):  Our medium hold Jelly will give you the definition and hold your curls need when styling, while still maintaining moisture levels. Curls, coils and kinks of all porosity types can benefit from its curl defining formula. 

Butter Styling Gel (Max Hold): Our maximum hold Styling Gel's versatile formula can be used for Wash 'N Gos, slicking your hair back and laying baby hairs. Curls, coils and kinks of all porosity types can benefit from its curl defining formula.

Butter Milk Leave-in Conditioner: Apply to damp hair. Depending on your length of hair and/or thickness, use amount as desired and work through hair from your ends to scalp. Follow up with one of our Jellies/Gels for definition and hold. If you're doing a protective style, follow up with our Butter Twist Pudding.

Butter Jelly (Medium Hold): Apply after your Leave-In Conditioner. Rake and smooth throughout damp hair with your fingers or our Styling Brush. Once evenly worked through hair you may finger coil, scrunch or style as desired. Best to let hair air dry, but help of a diffuser may speed up the process.

Butter Styling Gel (Max Hold): Apply after your Leave-In Conditioner. Rake and smooth throughout damp hair with your fingers or our Styling Brush. Once evenly worked through hair you may finger coil, scrunch or style as desired. Best to let hair air dry, but help of a diffuser may speed up the process. Once dry, you can follow up with our Butter Oil Blend to gently scrunch ends to soften curl cast.

Should I be using both gels together? This trial set was created so that you could test out two of our most popular gels and see which one works best for your curls! Start with the Leave-in Conditioner and take turns trying either the Butter Jelly or Styling Gel on top to see which results you prefer. If you're in a rush, you can style one half of your head with the Jelly and the other half with the Styling Gel to have a clear visual of the difference. 

Is this trial set good for all curl types? Yes! It's a great commitment free way to test out two of our most popular curl defining gels. Waves, Curls, Coils and Kinks can play around with these gels to see which works best for them.
