Rewards FAQ
You can access the rewards program portal with the launch button on the bottom right of the screen.
Open the rewards portal screen using the launch button on the bottom right of the screen. Once in, select "Ways to redeem" to see what options you have available. Once redeemed, you'll be given a unique discount code to use at checkout.
Unfortunately our system is only set-up to take one discount code at a time. So you can choose if you would like to take advantage of the current sale OR to use your points instead.
Nope! Your point will not expire. So you can stock up as slowly or as quickly as you would like.
No problem! Your discount code will not expire so feel free to use it whenever you're ready to make a purchase.
Unfortunately points are not retroactive on past orders, but it's never too late to start earning!
You can only redeem your points increments of $10 at a time.
