CurlShoppe is a women-owned small business based out of Toronto, Canada. It was founded in 2015 by Natasha Sheppard and launched its first collection of products, “Coconut Is Everything”, in 2016 after Rowan McAnoy joined CurlShoppe as Co-Owner and Partner. Since then, CurlShoppe has launched two other successful collections, “Butter’d Up” and “For Men”, with more on the way. As no two curls are the same, CurlShoppe strives to make sure they offer something for everyone regardless of their curl type or texture.
CurlShoppe believes that length shouldn’t always be the sole goal when it comes to your hair, but rather health and in turn, self-love. The health of your hair will help it to look good, feel good, and the end result is for those positive feelings to reflect on you as a person. Your hair does not define you, but it is a part of you and those curls are your natural crown on your head. CurlShoppe hopes to see all men, women and kids embracing their own unique hair and to not be afraid to be different. No two curls are alike and if you have curly hair, you know that each strand has a mind of its own!
A message from the owners
Whether you're transitioning, newly big chopped, or a veteran natural, we have your back. We’ve both been through all of the stages and know that it takes a lot of time and patience to take care of your curly hair. We take pride in the products we offer and whether you have wavy, loose, tight, coily, or kinky curly hair we have something made specifically with you in mind!
We always look to listen to our customers and would love any and all feedback.

Why Buy from Us?
Let's face it; you don't know us, we haven't gone out on a date yet, we get it. But don't let that get in the way of a beautiful relationship ahead of us. Here's some reasons why you should buy from us:
Born out of Toronto, Canada, we're Canadian (probably just like you). We buy most of our supplies in Canada, and manufacture in small batches in Canada. We ship primarily with Canada Post, so you can trust the reliability in our shipping (to read more about our shipping policies, click here). And we like Maple Syrup, Beaver Tails and Poutine, how much more Canadian can we get?
Who best to know the natural-curly hair community other than a couple curly girls like us? Learn from the trials, errors and triumphs of our curls! From the Transitioning stage, to the Big Chop, and living as a Naturalista daily, we've been there. Curly Hair is our passion!
We are not kidding when we say we love any and all feedback or questions you might have. You can always contact us. Hit us up on Facebook, slide in our DMs on Instagram, write us an email or give us a call if you’d like to hear our voices. Either way, we make our customers a priority and we'd love to get in touch with you!
